鸡皮有害健康尽量不要吃

流言鸡皮尽管美味,但不利身体健康。鸡皮中的脂肪较多,胆固醇较高,并且鸡皮中的污染物含量较高。尤其是烤鸡,经过烤制后,鸡皮中的胆固醇被氧化,形成胆固醇氧化产物,对人体造成较大危害。若温度控制不当,还有可能产生致癌物。因此,吃鸡时最好去掉鸡皮,更不要用鸡皮来做菜。

    其实主要是因为鸡的皮上有未拔干净的鸡毛的根部吧,这样烤、炸、煮时那个不能被消化的鸡毛便融化在了里面,不能被人体吸收而且不易排出,所以说有害吧

    我老公家就是有养鸡场,是喂饲料的,饲料就是玉米豆粕还有骨粉贝壳粉什么的,有时要加豆油,还有一些营养素,蛋白质和维生素益生菌什么的。隔段时间会防疫,也就是打一些抗生素,要防流感之类的病。有时也会把抗生素加入水中让鸡喝。除此之外不会给鸡吃或注射别的药物了,更不用说激素了,没有的事。注射抗生素的时候是注射在翅膀下面,确实是皮下注射,可是皮下注射药物会弥散到全身各处吧,为什么是鸡皮?不过烤鸡炸鸡的鸡皮确实不吃为好,原因就像留言中说的一样,还有蛋白质高温也会产生致癌物。

    为什么会说残留在鸡皮上啊?使用药物也是会讲量的吧~~没听说那个抗生素、激素是不要钱的吧~~就算过量使用这些东西,算起残留量最多的应该也是内脏先的说吧~~~

    目前养鸡场在給鸡打针的时候很多情况下是采用皮下注射所以鸡皮可能会有残留,更重要的是,目前养鸡全是饲料,里面有很多抗生素、激素等等恰恰鸡皮是很容易富集这些物质的。
